Terms of Service

Last updated — set this date when the terms below are finalized.

Draft, not legal advice. This reflects how the product actually works (see Features/FAQ), but it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel check it before this is your live agreement — refund policy and liability limits especially vary by jurisdiction and payment provider terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using UnlockLab, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The license you get

Free tier: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UnlockLab's core diagnostic features, with no seat limit on how many people can use the Free tier independently. Professional and Enterprise: a per-seat, non-exclusive, non-transferable license tied to your account, activated on one machine at a time per seat, with a deactivate-and-transfer option in your account dashboard as described on the Pricing page.

3. Acceptable use

UnlockLab is a diagnostic and analysis tool. You're responsible for having the legal right to run diagnostics on any device you connect it to — for your own devices, or devices you're authorized to service on behalf of a client or employer. You may not use UnlockLab to circumvent security on a device you don't own or have explicit authorization to work on.

4. What UnlockLab does and doesn't do

Diagnostic and analysis views are read-only by design, as described on our Features page. Any action that writes to a device is a separate, explicit step you initiate. We're not responsible for damage from an action you chose to perform on a device — read the on-screen confirmation before you proceed.

5. Billing & refunds

Professional plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If something's not working as expected, contact support before a chargeback — we'd rather sort it out directly.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate an account for violation of the acceptable-use terms above, including abuse of the licensing system. You can close your account at any time.

7. Warranty & liability

UnlockLab is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Navicore Limited isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify active account holders by email.
