System requirements

• OS — Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
• RAM — 4 GB minimum, 8 GB recommended
• Storage — 500 MB free disk space
• USB — USB 2.0 or later port

macOS and Linux

Not available yet. Windows is the only supported platform today — macOS and Linux builds are on the roadmap but not scheduled.

Cables and hubs

A data-capable USB cable is required — some charge-only cables won't expose a device in EDL or download mode at all. If a device isn't detected, trying a different cable is worth ruling out before anything else. A direct connection to the machine is more reliable than going through an unpowered USB hub, especially in EDL where the device draws power differently than a normal boot.
